INTRODUCTION
My journey began in August of 2012 after being admitted to the graduate school at The University of Southern Mississippi. In May 2010, I received my Bachelor of Science in Art, with an emphasis in graphic design, from Mississippi College. In May 2012, I received my Master of Education in Business Education with an emphasis in management information systems, from Mississippi College. After graduation in 2010, I landed a job working at Mississippi College. My interest in higher education began to grow, leading me to become an adjunct faculty member at Mississippi College in the Summer of 2012. My passion for technology and education lead me to the decision to further my knowledge and education. I originally started out in the PhD in Instructional Technology and Design program; completing all of my course work. Upon further consideration, I decided to convert my hours into the Master of Science Instructional Technology program instead of completing the PhD. Through the projects and content in my graduate and doctoral courses, I have been able to apply my knowledge and experience to my role as adjunct faculty at Mississippi College. This program has afforded me many new and innovative ideas on technology and pedagogy.
